The protur offered a fantastic all-inclusive experience. The food variety was great, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the lovely beach near the hotel and the serene adult-only pool area for some peace. The biomar spa was just a short walk away.

Excellent hotel with newly reburbished rooms and very clean and up- together. Staff were great and facilities very good indeed. Lots of tennis courts (1 hour per day included), free bikes, animal and mini water park in adjoining resort hotels. Food good and choice of other restaurants 1 night per week. Lots of families with young children when we went. Beach is 10mins walk and sandy with safe shallow watersedge for children. Sa Coma isn't a particularly smart resort but easy to access other resorts along coast by bus, mini train, etc. We had a very successful 4 night stay as 5 mature ladies and would recommend it particularly for families.
The dining room is very large and impersonal and is buffet style for breakfast and dinner.

Very clean, completely renovated last year. Modern design which we like very much. Very good food, especiallly desserts. Hotel staff friendliness is impressive, including management. Located in quite big complex of other Protur hotels in Sa Coma, so there is a possibility to use of a many different facilities belonging to this complex, like spa, mini golf, driving range, tennis court, restaurants, many children playgrounds etc.

The room was great, very clean, and the bed was really comfy. I enjoyed the lovely garden view from my room. It added a touch of tranquility to my stay. The breakfast had a great variety, providing lots of choices each morning.
The location is semi-private but overlooks the driveway which was less than ideal.

Our holiday was amazing at Protur Sa Coma Playa. The members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (superior double) was fantastc and clean. I really recommend this holiday resort to everyone.

The hotel is super modern and clean. The staff is friendly and really helpful, always ready to accommodate requests. I loved the adult-only pool area, it was quiet and relaxing. The food options were pretty good, with lots of variety and fresh ingredients. Great location near the sports fields and a short drive to the beach!

Extremely friendly environment, fantastic location, easy accessible events & activities for all to enjoy. Wide variety of food available, rooms modern, airy and clean. Would recommend this hotel & its link to Protur resort area. Would without doubt return here for future holidays.
The third bed for child 9 was a sofa bed, with mattress very hard & too long for its base. Would consider a third bed in future.

The hotel is in a complex of five hotels of varying types of accommodation and facilities. The facilities are available to all guests and provide for an enjoyable contrast to the normal activities that one hotel can provide. The staff were most helpful and were prepared to go that extra mile. The restaurant was well appointed and there was never a wait for a table or service.The food was excellent and the choice very good On our last afternoon the Manager (Chey) took time out to say goodbye and see us on to the transfer bus. This is a hotel we will be going back to.
